Online shopping was so easy and I was kept informed, by email, until I collected it, a week later. (drove in from Bay and Plenty). It was all ready for me and I was assisted by a very friendly young man who helped load the heavy parcel. The bookshelf is exactly to specification and was easy to assemble. Easy set up and good quaility.

Really happy with the Billy Bookcase and the two extra shelves I ordered. Straight forward to assemble and I like how you can customize the size of the shelves. Looks great and extremely functional.
