'Backorder' means the items are temporarily out of stock, however, you can still go ahead and place an order.  Once we receive your order, we will email you the estimated shipping date. When your item(s) are available in our Warehouse, you will receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up or delivery.
We will do our best to secure the product from our supplier within the next 30 days from the date that you placed the order. We also guarantee to lock in the original purchase price of the back-ordered item(s) for you.
If your order consists of several items and not all of them are back-ordered, you have the option of receiving the available items first and the backorder items later once the item(s) are available. However, in this case, you will possibly be asked to pay an additional fee if the shipping amount is not enough to cover the two separate delivery costs. You also have the option to receive your complete order, all together in one delivery, once everything is available with only the one delivery cost.
If you decide to forgo the backorder items, then you can cancel your order or the backorder component of it by calling 09-570-9687 or emailing us at customercare@urbansales.co.nz and we will refund the relevant item(s) back to your account.
