Urban Sales Covid-19 Update ( 08 June 2020)

Congratulations, New Zealand! We are now in Level 1 ❤️. 

We’re here to help Kiwis create inspiring homes and to live better, and happier lives in the homes they love. That includes the health and safety of the entire Urban Sales community, you, our valued customers, and our team members. We’re proud to have been able to do our small part in eliminating Covid-19.

 

Updates as of June 8th, 2020:

 

SHOWROOM OPEN and distancing requirements removed.

Following the lifting of Level 2 restrictions on June 8th, 2020, we have removed all distancing requirements from our showroom and invite customers to feel free to visit as they please during business hours.

To continue our vigilance against the possibility of Covid-19 returning to New Zealand, we will continue to offer the Government Covid-19 Contact Tracing APP login at our door.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

RETURNS:

Our returns policy has reverted to 7-Days. Please ensure you check your items on receipt and make sure you are happy with your purchases.

Some new habits that will remain a part of our daily regime:

 

• EXTRA CLEANING

We've increased the level and frequency of cleaning contact surfaces in our showroom, especially on high touch surfaces such as EFTPOS terminals, counters, door handles etc.  

• INCREASED HYGIENE STANDARDS

Our staff regularly wash their hands with anti-microbial hand wash.  

We have re-trained all our staff members on good washing techniques and coached them on how to increase hygiene standards.    

We’ll also ensure that you’re still able to sanitise your hands when you visit our showroom. 

• HEALTH AND SAFETY FOR EVERYONE

Your safety is paramount, so if any of our staff members feel unwell, they will remain at home.  

We do need your help to keep our workplace safe for you and our staff too.  If you feel unwell, have any of the flu-like symptoms, or have travelled overseas in the last 14 days, please refrain from visiting the store.     

• WEARING FACE MASKS

Some of the frontline staff who may be in close contact with many people may choose to wear face masks. Wearing face masks doesn’t mean our staff members are sick or unwell. We do this to be proactive in protecting customers, as well as keeping ourselves and our families safe, reducing the risk of infection.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
