1. Do you deliver throughout New Zealand?

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery, covering most regions of New Zealand. Our trusted network of freighting companies ensures efficient delivery. However, we do not currently offer international shipping to places outside New Zealand. 

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our partnered courier services in New Zealand offer Track and Trace for secure deliveries. 

Typically for In-Stock items: 

• Auckland: 2-3 working days.
• North Island: 3-5 working days.
• South Island: 5-10 working days.

Rural or remote areas may take up to 14 working days. Deliveries occur during working hours.

3. Will I incur additional costs if I live in a rural area?

Yes. If you reside in an area classified as rural by delivery services, additional charges may apply. The exact costs depend on the combination of items in your order and the required freight carrier. You will be notified of any extra fees after we receive your order.

4. If I buy more, will shipping be cheaper?
