What is the Urban Sales furniture outlet?+
It’s our permanent clearance collection — end-of-line designs, discontinued lines and final units, all reduced to clear. Same furniture, same warranty, much better price.
What kind of furniture goes into the outlet sale?+
Pieces at the end of their run — designs we’re retiring, colours or sizes we’re no longer stocking, and the last few units of a popular range. Sofas, beds, dining, home office and storage all appear, and the line-up changes as new stock arrives.
Is outlet furniture damaged or second-hand?+
Not at all. Everything is new, unused stock in great condition — it’s here because the line is ending, not because anything’s wrong with it.
Can I return or exchange a clearance item?+
Clearance buys are final, so we can’t offer returns, exchanges or refunds if you change your mind. Please double-check the measurements and colour before you order — and ask us anything you’re unsure about first. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act always still apply.
Will sold-out clearance lines come back?+
Usually not. These are the last pieces of a line, so once they sell we don’t expect them back. If something catches your eye, it’s worth grabbing while it’s there.
Does clearance furniture come with a warranty?+
Yes — outlet pieces carry the same manufacturer’s warranty as they would at full price. Outlet terms & conditions apply.
Can I see clearance furniture in store?+
If an item has a “Displayed in our showroom” tag, you’re welcome to come in and view it in person. If it isn’t currently on display, just ask our team — we may be able to open the box so you can take a closer look before you decide.
Do you deliver clearance furniture nationwide?+
Yes — we deliver right across New Zealand, or you’re welcome to collect free from our Auckland warehouse.
Can I use a discount code on outlet items?+
Outlet prices are already reduced to clear, so discount codes and spend-and-save offers don’t apply to anything in the Outlet — your welcome code is the exception and still works as normal. Afterpay and Q Card work as usual too. If your order has both outlet and non-outlet items, a code will apply to the non-outlet items only, and outlet spend doesn’t count towards spend-and-save thresholds.
