Pickup Location

All pickups of orders will be at our address Building A, 32 Patiki Road, Avondale, Auckland.

You'll receive a pick up booking email when your item is available for an in-store pickup booking. Please book a pick up time before coming to the store. Failure to book may result in extended wait times and no guarantee of pick up that day.

We will provide the Pickup Procedures in your “Pickup Booking” notification email that will tell you how to pick up your order.

Pickup Booking Is Required

You must book a pick-up in advance through our booking link that will be provided to you in your booking email.

As without booking, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to pick up your order as the stock may be inaccessible without pre-booking.

To avoid disappointment and long wait times, please understand we may NOT accept pickups that have not been booked in our system, and during busy times may have to turn away any unscheduled pickups.

Pickup Hours

Mon-Sun 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Please book well ahead of time to avoid clashes in your preferred pickup time. We anticipate significant demand for this service. Please contact us if you can not make a booking due to no availability.

Pre-Booked Order Pick-Up Procedure

• Your order will be ready and waiting when you arrive.
• Park in any marked car park in front of our showroom near the "Click & Collect" sign.
• Please approach any of our team members wearing a vest to assist you.
• Staff will identify your order using your vehicle’s number plate, so please arrive in the vehicle you confirmed with us.
• Please ensure there is enough space in your car’s boot or backseat for loading.

⚠️ Please inspect packaging for any visible damage at pickup. This helps us support you better if any issues arise later.
