All products have a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects, excluding wear and damage from misuse or improper care.

Online orders can only be paid with one method. Want to split payments? You’ll need to place separate orders. If you’re shopping in-store, you can use multiple payment methods.

Most in-stock products are available for Click & Collect at our showroom: Building A, 32 Patiki Road, Avondale, Auckland. Please wait for the “Ready For Pickup” email and make a booking before coming to collect.
How long will my order take?

If your item is in stock and you’ve selected shipping, we’ll process it within 2 working days - then it’s ready for delivery. Picking up instead? We’ll process your order within 1 working day, and you’ll then be able to book a pickup time.
For pre-orders, you’ll see the estimated arrival date on the product page. Once it arrives, we’ll process your order straight away.
Delivery timeframes vary by region:
• Auckland: 2–3 working days
• North Island: 3–5 working days
• South Island: 5–10 working days
• Rural/remote areas: Up to 14 working days
