These terms apply to all promotional offers, discounts, giveaways, contests, and special deals (“Promotions”) made available by UrbanSales, whether online or in-store.

By participating in any of our Promotions, you agree to be bound by these terms, along with our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Each promotion may also have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated below. If there is any conflict between those specific terms and the general terms on this page, the specific terms will take precedence.

Afterpay Day Sale - Up to 50% Off Sitewide

Promotion Period: This promotion runs from 5 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm NZST on 25 August 2026.

Availability: Offers are available online and in-store during the promotional period.

Up to 50% Off Sitewide: Discounts of up to 50% apply to selected products only. Discounted prices are displayed on eligible product pages and may vary by product.

Extra 5% Off: An additional 5% discount applies to eligible orders of $599 or more. The qualifying spend is calculated after product-level discounts and before delivery fees.

Extra 10% Off: An additional 10% discount applies to eligible orders of $999 or more. The qualifying spend is calculated after product-level discounts and before delivery fees.

Discount Application: No promotional code is required. The extra discount will be automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying conditions are met.

Eligible Products and Exclusions: Product exclusions may apply. Clearance, Outlet, gift cards, delivery charges and selected brands or products may be excluded unless otherwise stated.

Combining Offers: The extra discount cannot be combined with other coupon codes, promotional codes or additional order-level discounts unless expressly stated.

Linspire Forma Spend & Save

Promotion Period: This promotion runs from 14th July 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 31st August 2026.

Availability: Offers are available online and in-store during the promotional period.

Eligible Products: This promotion applies to Linspire Forma modular range products only.

Offer Details: Customers can enjoy savings based on their eligible Forma purchase value in a single transaction:

• Spend $500, save 10%
• Spend $1,000, save 15%
• Spend $1,500, save 20%

Discount Application: No discount code is required. Eligible discounts are automatically applied at checkout online and at the time of purchase in-store.

Exclusions: This promotion excludes delivery fees, assembly services, gift cards, non-Forma products and any other services or charges.

Wooden Furniture Flash Sale

Promotion Period: This promotion runs from 22 July 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 28 July 2026.

Availability: Offers are available online and in-store during the promotional period.

Eligible Products: This promotion applies to selected items only.

Discount Application: No discount code is required. Eligible discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Extra 5% Off Sitewide

Promotion Period: This promotion runs from 5th August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 18th August 2026.

Availability: Sale pricing and the extra 5% off discount are available both online and in-store.

Eligible Products: This promotion applies to all products, excluding Clearance items, Gift Cards.

Discount Application: No code is needed. The extra 5% off discount will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible online orders. For in-store purchases, our sales team will apply the discount for you.

Minimum Spend Requirement: A minimum spend of $599 is required to receive the extra 5% off discount.

Returns and Exchanges: Standard return policy applies. Refunds or exchanges will be based on the discounted purchase price.

Sale Prices: Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. The extra 5% off discount will appear once the minimum spend requirement has been met at checkout.

Urban Sales Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Validity: Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Redemption: Gift Cards can be redeemed online and in-store at Urban Sales New Zealand and used towards full-priced, sale, and promotional products unless otherwise stated.

Promotions: Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied when purchasing a Gift Card.

Payment: When redeeming a Gift Card, eligible product discounts are applied first, then the Gift Card is used towards the remaining order total.

Balance: Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and can be used for future purchases until expiry.

Restrictions: Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another Gift Card.

Returns: Standard Urban Sales return and refund policies apply to purchases made using a Gift Card.

Conditions: Urban Sales reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Gift Card where fraud, misuse, or payment errors are reasonably suspected.

Weekly Flash Sale

Promotion Period: Weekly Flash Sale offers generally go live every Thursday and end the following Tuesday at 11:59pm NZT. A new product category, style, brand or collection may be featured each week. The exact promotion period will be displayed on the Weekly Flash Sale page.

Availability: Flash Sale pricing is available online and at the Urban Sales Avondale showroom during the advertised promotion period.

Eligible Products: Only products displayed as part of the current Weekly Flash Sale are included. Eligible products may change each week

Flash Sale Pricing: Promotional pricing will be displayed on the relevant product page, in the shopping cart or confirmed by our showroom team. No discount code is required unless otherwise stated.

Promotion Expiry: Flash Sale prices are available only during the advertised promotion period. After the promotion ends, products may return to their previous or current standard selling price. Urban Sales does not guarantee that the same products or prices will be included in a future promotion.

Free Shipping on Bedding

Offer: Enjoy FREE NZ-wide standard shipping on bedding when you spend over $259 NZD on eligible bedding products in a single transaction.

Eligibility: Offer applies exclusively to bedding products from the following brands: Savona, Nu Edition, and Squiggles.

Minimum Spend: Total spend on eligible bedding must be over $259 NZD, calculated after discounts.

Early Bird Deals

The Early Bird discount is applied on product sale price and is valid only for selected Early Bird products.

• Cancellation requests prior to shipment are permitted under standard change-of-mind terms.
• Urban Sales reserves the right to update or modify Early Bird offers at any time.

Wait & Save - Up to 30% off

The Wait & Save discount is applied on product sale price and is valid only for selected Wait & Save products.

• Estimated delivery dates are subject to change due to shipping or production delays.
• Cancellation requests prior to shipment are permitted under standard change-of-mind terms.
• If the current delivery batch is already full, your order will be scheduled for the next one, so it’s best to order early to secure your spot.
• Urban Sales reserves the right to update or modify Wait & Save offers at any time.

Bundle and Save Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Bundle and Save offers apply only to eligible category combos and these products are specifically marked as part of a Bundle and Save deal on the product description page.
• You can also find the eligible products on the Bundle and Save page by clicking on Shop Now.

Pricing and Discounts:

• Bundle pricing is only valid when all bundle items are purchased together in a single order.
• If any item is removed from the bundle, standard individual pricing will apply.
• Bundle discounts can be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Returns and Refunds:

• Returns are accepted in line with our standard returns policy.
• If part of a bundle is returned, the refund will be adjusted to remove the bundle discount.
• Opened or assembled items may be subject to a restocking fee in accordance with our returns policy.

Warranty:

• All bundled products include a twelve month warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty claims follow a repair first approach where applicable.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

• Orders containing bundle items cannot be changed after they’ve been dispatched. If you need to make any adjustments after that point, you’ll need to follow our standard exchange or refund process.
• If an order is cancelled, the bundle discount will be void.

Availability and Changes:

• Urban Sales reserves the right to modify or withdraw Bundle and Save offers at any time without prior notice.
• Errors or omissions in pricing or product descriptions may result in order cancellation.

General:

Great news! You can get $20 off your first order when you sign-up to our newsletter*.

To receive the discount code, you must sign up to our newsletter by completing the following steps:

• Enter and submit your email address on our online signup form.
• Once confirmed, you will receive a welcome email from us with your discount code (usually within 5 mins).

The below terms and conditions apply to our new subscriber voucher:

• Discount code is only valid at the time of ordering, on a new order placed online at urbansales.co.nz.
• Your discount code will expire 30 days after you receive it (please check your email junk folder) and can only be used once.

We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid.

In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e.: With applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item.

In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Abandoned Cart Coupon

• The 5% off coupon code is valid for 7 days from the time it is issued.
• The voucher code is valid and will be applied to all items/categories.
• Supplementary charges such as delivery or assembly fee will not be discounted.
• To be eligible for the discount, the coupon code must be applied at the time of purchase.
• The coupon code can only be used once per transaction.
• The coupon code is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The coupon code cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other non-merchandise items.
• The company reserves the right to cancel the coupon code if it is determined that it was obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms and conditions.

Clearance Sale

Clearance sale prices apply to selected stock reduced to clear. Stocks are limited and are not necessarily kept in stock in-store. Urban Sales reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time. Promotion is valid for online purchases and offline in our Avondale store. Excludes shipping or assembly service costs.

Floor Model In-store Clearance

Looking for a great deal? Our Avondale showroom has limited floor model items available at clearance pricing. These are in-store only and not listed online.

• May include minor marks, signs of wear, or missing packaging
• Could be ex-display, discontinued, or returned stock
• Some items may have missing parts or stains
• All are fully assembled – not flat packed
• Strictly in-store only — no delivery or shipping options
• Collection available from our Avondale store
• Stock is limited and available while it lasts
• All items are final sale – no refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranty

We strongly recommend inspecting items in person before purchase, as each one is sold as-is. This sale is separate from any online clearance deals.
