Win Back Your Order

Competition Period: The competition opens on 2nd December 2025 at 12:00am (NZT) and closes on 31st December 2025 at 11:59pm (NZT). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Prize Value: The prize consists of a refund equal to the total value of the winner’s order (including GST but excluding shipping fees). The maximum order value that will be refunded is $1,000. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must place an order either online or in-store between December 2nd, and 31st December. No minimum spend.

Eligibility: This competition is open to people who live in New Zealand and must be aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Urban Sales are not eligible to enter.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be drawn on 5th January 2026 and notified the same day via the email address associated with their order.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, Urban Sales reserves the right to redraw a new winner. The new winner will be picked at random from all the remaining orders during the Competition Period on 12th January 2025.
• Unsuccessful entrants will not be informed and no feedback on any entry will be provided.
• Winners may be invited to take part in marketing activities such as photos or testimonials to celebrate their win.

General Conditions:
