Sofas

Start by measuring your room and leaving enough space to walk around comfortably, then think about how many people usually need to sit at once. A 2 or 3-seater tends to suit most living rooms, while a 4-seater or corner-style option works well in a larger space.

Fabric sofas are soft, breathable, and come in many colours. Leather is durable, easy to clean, and ideal for a sleek look. Choose what suits your lifestyle.

Measure your doorways, hallway width and any tight corners along the delivery path, then compare these to the sofa's dimensions — including its depth and height, not just its width. If you're at all unsure, our team can help you check a specific product's measurements before you order.

For a smaller living room, compare compact 2-seaters, sofa beds and slimmer-profile designs by their exact dimensions and the space needed around them. The best option depends on your room layout, access and how you plan to use the seating.

Regular vacuuming and prompt attention to spills go a long way, but the right cleaning method depends on the specific fabric or leather, so always check the product's care label or listing first. Rotating cushions occasionally also helps even out wear.

Suitability for homes with pets or children depends on the specific upholstery, finish, construction and care requirements. Check the individual product details before choosing, particularly if cleaning or snag resistance is important to your household.

Urban Sales also has separate modular sofas and corner & chaise sofas collections. Configurations vary by product, so check each listing for the exact modules and dimensions included.
