If your item is in stock, we aim to ship it within 2 business days. For pre-orders, we’ll start processing and delivery as soon as the stock arrives.

We work with trusted courier partners across New Zealand to deliver your order with Track and Trace. Deliveries usually happen during working days.
The delivery timeframe begins once the courier picks up your parcel from our warehouse, after we’ve finished processing your order. Courier delivery times are usually:
• 2–3 working days to Auckland
• 3–5 working days to the rest of the North Island
• 5–10 working days to the South Island
• Up to 14 working days for rural or remote areas

For rural deliveries, the delivery point may be the nearest depot, not your residence. If you ask the courier to bring items inside beyond the delivery point, an extra fee will apply.
