Auckland has recently been hit by devastating floods, leaving families in need of support and assistance. Our hearts go out to all those affected, and we want to do our part to help support the recovery effort. That's why we've launched Our Flood Relief Mission campaign. Our mission is to donate a total of up to $10,000 to Auckland City Mission, a trusted charity dedicated to helping those in need.


With every order, we pledge to donate 1% of the sale to Auckland City Mission's flood relief efforts, helping to rebuild homes in the community. Additionally, those affected by the flood can receive an extra 15% discount on our furniture products to help make their house feel like home again. Join us in our mission to support the families affected by the floods in Auckland and make a difference in their time of need.



Terms and conditions for Our Flood Relief Mission:


1. 1% Donations:

  • For each order placed online & in-store, we will donate 1% of the total purchase amount to Auckland City Mission.

  • The donation will be made from the purchase of any item(s) from UrbanSales excluding shipping fees.


2. 15% Special Discount Code:


We want to help people directly affected by the flood with a special offer.

  • To qualify for the additional 15% discount, you must fill out the >>> ONLINE FORM <<< and be approved.

  • To complete your application, you must provide your first and last name, phone number, proof of residency, an explanation depicting the flood damage, and a signature confirming the accuracy of the information submitted.

  • The discount offer is only valid for purchases of furniture products from our company and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • Once approved, you will receive a unique discount code that offers an additional 15% off your order. This discount will be applied on top of any other discounts and will be used at checkout.

  • The discount offer is available for six months from the date of issue.


    3. Campaign Duration


    • Our Flood Relief Campaign launches on 7th February and will run for 5 weeks, ending on 9th March. Our goal is to raise $10,000 NZD to aid in the relief efforts and support those affected by the recent floods. We kindly ask for your support in any way you can, whether it's through purchasing our furniture products or making a direct donation.


    • We'll keep you updated on our progress throughout the campaign on this page and on our social media channels, and we'll give ample notice before the campaign comes to a close.
