1. About Pre-orders:
‘Pre-order' means the items are temporarily out of stock, however, you can still go ahead and place an order. Once we receive your order, we will email you the estimated shipping date. When your item(s) are available in our Warehouse, you will receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up or delivery.
We will do our best to secure the product from our supplier within the next 30 days from the date that you placed the order. We also guarantee to lock in the original purchase price of the pre-order item(s) for you.
If your order consists of several items and not all of them are pre-ordered, you have the option of receiving the available items first and the pre-order items later once the item(s) are available. However, in this case, you will possibly be asked to pay an additional fee if the shipping amount is not enough to cover the two separate delivery costs. You also have the option to receive your complete order, all together in one delivery, once everything is available with only the one delivery cost.
If you decide to forgo the pre-order items, then you can cancel your order or the pre-order component of it by calling 09-570-9687 or emailing us at email@example.com and we will refund the relevant item(s) back to your account.
We receive a new shipment container every week in our Auckland warehouse. It usually takes 7~8 weeks from the pre-order close date for the stock to arrive in our Auckland warehouse. Please kindly refer to the ETA date for the estimated arriving date.
When a pre-order is cancelled, there’s a lot of work involved for our team, therefore, cancellation policy will be applied against the order. Please read through our cancellation policy carefully before you proceed to make a pre-order with us.

Other Good to Know:
We understand it's important that you get your products as quick as possible. Please understand that many things could delay your order, for example, COVID delays, customs inspection, container x-rays, bad weather etc. If we know there is a delay we will post the delay notice on our home page and will email you with the updated delivery time. We will use our best endeavours to procure the product however If the products you want are discontinued or temporarily out of stock due to unforeseen reasons, we will contact you as soon as we can to provide you with alternative options. In a situation, if we can’t fulfil your order and you wish to cancel the order, no worries, you can simply let us know and we will refund you for that item back to your account.
