If you find identical new (not used!) products, listed for sale elsewhere, at a significantly cheaper price, and available for purchase right now, get in touch with us.
Just let us know where you saw it, send us the link, and if we can, we’ll do our best to match or even beat their price. Because we value you, we’ll do our best to see you right. That’s our Great Value Promise.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE GREAT VALUE PROMISE

- The competing product at a lower advertised price must be identical (the same year, colour, size, model) to ours.
- It must be in stock and currently advertised at another NZ furniture retail store that is located within Auckland metro area.
- We match the final advertised price. That means all taxes, fees and shipping costs are included.
- Please note that some sellers may sell counterfeit or copied IKEA products. We reserve the right to ask you to prove that the other product offered is genuine IKEA.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE GREAT VALUE PROMISE

- Clearance, refurbished, or display products
- Price match discounts cannot be combined with any other Urban Sales promotions.
- We do not match prices with Trademe sellers or any ‘deal sites’ which are not solely furniture retailers.
